The Address gallery opens in Brescia (Italy) in 2018

Occupying a space built during the 60's, The Address gallery is located in the historical centre of the City, a few steps from Piazza Tebaldo and Piazza Arnaldo and it creates an interesting artistic pole with Santa Giulia Museum, the Roman Forum, Palazzo Martinengo, Apalazzo gallery and Palazzo Monti residency nearby.

Not so far from the big cities as Milan and Verona, The Address gallery establishes itself in a setting pervaded by art history but also known for its metallurgical industries, its marble quarries, its countrysides and its wineries. This choice of location provides scope for the development of new forms of dialogue and symbiosis between unexpected geographies: rural and industrial, local and global, art from the past and the art of today, famous artists and emerging ones.

The gallery's presence searches for creating a reputation as an Address able to produce exciting and challenging contemporary work and dialogues.

Believing in a spirit of perpetual evolution and committed to approaching a large audience in contemporary art, The Address gallery runs from the idea to trigger a link between past and future and between different or unusual individuals and geographies.

The Address gallery's aim is to create a new direction and a fresh identity for itself through its ties and experiences.

We want to be not just a gallery but an Address where to come and discuss, project toghether, either in our spaces either looking for settings outside, an Address where to find new reflections about the art world, or where to send new visions and start a correspondence with it.
